55% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Cabernet Franc.

Second wine of Château Lynch-Bages. Located at the gates of Pauillac, the Château Lynch Bages is an estate that has marked the history of the Médoc. While the Bages terroir has been known since the 16th century, it gained fame in the 18th century. Under the leadership of the son of an Irish citizen named Thomas Lynch, the Bages cru was recognised at the Paris universal exhibition. Entering the fold of the J-M Cazes family on the eve of the Second World War, Château Lynch-Bages is one of the most beautiful references of the Pauillac appellation.

James Suckling: 92-93/100
A balance of blackberry, chocolate and stone with a medium body, creamy texture and a soft finish. The length and depth are very pretty, while the juicy, velvety tannins are so attractive.

Antonio Galloni - Vinous: 90-92/100
The 2023 Echo de Lynch-Bages is a potent second wine. It’s really the Cabernets that drive the wine's flavor profile and overall feel. The Echo is not as juicy or succulent as it can be, rather it is a wine that will need a year or two post-release to show at its best.

Jeb Dunnuck: 90-92/100
Graphite, tobacco, spicy herbs, and both red and black fruits all emerge from the 2023 Echo De Lynch-Bages, a medium to full-bodied second wine that has plenty of tannins, good balance, and outstanding length. The tannins aren't as polished as the Grand Vin, but this has real character.

Lisa-Perrotti Brown - The Wine Independent: 87-89/100
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2023 Echo de Lynch-Bages springs from the glass with vivacious notes of redcurrant jelly and crushed blackcurrant giving way to wafts of dried herbs and crushed rocks. The medium-bodied palate is lively and savory, with lightly chewy tannins and an invigorating lift on the finish. The blend is 55% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Cabernet Franc.
